Status of Cameron White -TCU Transfer?

There was an announcement and story on February 27 about him transferring in. There was this statement in the story:
"The move is not official because White, who did not play reportedly due
to concussions last season as TCU pushed for a spot in the College
Football Playoff, has not finalized his commitment with Rutgers coach
Kyle Flood, according to Scout.com."

His Twitter account is pretty hard to follow, but a few days ago he posted: "Out here in Denver bout to go chop it up with big bro need true advice on my next steps in life".

Anybody know if he is going to play at Rutgers?

asked T Hunt on Twitter too he hasn't responded. I feel like we would have heard by now if we was definitely in the fold. Haven't even seen a reporter ask Kyle about that from the spring pressers
