ESPN opens up the NCAA men’s baseball tournament with one of the teams that probably never should have made the field as an at-large bid this year: Florida State.

…. Even the guys on the selection show gotta giggle when they saw that name pop up with one of them commenting “and the selection committee keeps Florida State’s 35 year streak alive.”

Meanwhile, I've seen numerous articles in the MSM about how North Carolina State got the baseball screw, and nothing about Rutgers. The NCS State AD was out there defending his team and expressing his outrage.

NC State was 33rd in the RPI. I would lose my mind if I were him as well. That being said, IMHO, it's on the conferenced to stick up for their teams that got hosed.

On tMB they have a 98(!) page thread on college baseball that surprisingly does did talk about us getting screwed.

I get your disdain for the SEC, but it is the best baseball conference…period. On a year to year basis, the ACC, the b12 and Pac can make an argument. This is a sport the B1G is never going to dominate. 🤷🏻‍♂️
