I have an enormous respect for the team. The team is playing exactly how I want a team i root for to play. Very proud of them.

All the RAC needs is a refurb that replaced the roof with an outside supported shell.. to rework inside seating to wrap-around end courts in 2 levels with no interior columns... that creates added capacity and the closeness we love... And allows for expanded concourses.

I wouldn’t say we whooped their ass. It was a damn good game that we pulled away late in thanks to RHJ.

Also, I don’t want to discredit anything. But it’s entirely possible this is a different conversation if Stevens doesn’t get into foul trouble. I happen to think their game plan was to foul and make it sloppy early to keep the crowd out of it.

Stevens got into foul trouble because we made him get into foul trouble. We also came very close to making him cry.

He's begrudgingly complimenting RU and writes pretty well. Think he's a bit jealous. Obviously loves Pike if not our players.

I also get the impression that he believes, like many a PSU fan, that besides a Bruce concert every once in a while, that the PSU arena has all the charm of a morgue, airport terminal, or the Trenton arena.

The one thing he is right about is the RAC. We should never lose it for some silly generic multi-purpose arena. Gotta preserve it like Duke, the Palestra, Minny's barn, etc.

No reason can't expand it a little bit, a nicer concourse, add some more bathrooms and for god's sake spend some money and spruce up the outside.

Has it been power washed at least? The pics on the web make it look run down. Gotta update the wiki page if there are better recent photos

I clearly got that he was yearning for their pre-BJA field house and how that place was more like the RAC.
Didn't get that he really liked their team playing in a building maximized for the Disney on Ice touring show.
