@Hardslider21 to flex. It is a rivalry because Franklin acts like it is a rivalry from the moment he was hired going to both Maryland and Jersey and claiming it as his recruiting grounds. Working so hard to claim it is not a rivalry indicates that it is, one-sided as it is. They fear it becoming a more recognizable rivalry because they have relied on a good share of Jersey recruits for a hundred years.
Are Penn State and Ohio State rivals? I think Penn State would say so, yet, since joining the Big Ten Penn State is something like 7-26.. is that a rivalry?
