FWIW, I tend to look at recruiting as somewhat of a self selecting process.

From everything I have read Flood seems like a fairly good guy and, at minimum, an adequate coach. I think a certain type of kid is going to prefer the atmosphere here and certain other types will not.

I HOPE that over time we will get enough good recruits. But it isn't something I can say for sure will work or not at this point. Clearly some talented kids really like the atmosphere/culture we have (Hamilton, Huggins, etc...) but you are never going to have a culture that makes everyone happy.
