Blast from Past ( Bill Cubit interim coach at Illinois)

Was researching new head coach options and I saw Illinois had Bill Cubit as their current interim coach.

I remember him being OC under Schiano and his son Ryan playing QB for us. If rumors of PJ or Schiano , as possible candidates for head coach there, I wonder if there is any bad blood between him and Schiano

BTW does any remember the guy out of wisonsin who was supposedly competing with julie herman for AD spot. Where is he now?
