A one time RU commit. Any scenario we have enough scholarships to be in play for his services? Apparently seeking a hardship waiver which would lead us to believe he is looking to get closer to home.

VTech corner. Didn’t do so well in spring practice.Where did he go to school? How successful was he on the field?

Don't think RU has any room at the scholarship inn.A one time RU commit. Any scenario we have enough scholarships to be in play for his services? Apparently seeking a hardship waiver which would lead us to believe he is looking to get closer to home.

Where do you get this from? See link I posted above.VTech corner. Didn’t do so well in spring practice.
Not sure about spring statement. Has appeared in all but 1 game during freshman and sophomore seasons. Was projected to start this year.
Fair enough.https://www.thekeyplay.com/virginia...ring-game-shows-improved-hokies-football-team
No idea. Just parroting.
Don't need him. Don't have the scholarships available. See ya!
All signs point to him coming to RU to be closer to his gf and future child... we can use him immediately, so process a lower ranked kid out if need be to get him a scholarship
How does that work? All signs point to him coming to RU to be closer to his gf and future child... we can use him immediately, so process a lower ranked kid out if need be to get him a scholarship
How does that work?
Temple is just as close to Toms River as Rutgers. Temple has been putting a good number of players in the NFL recently

We don't need him. We are fine at CB, what we need are DT's.Usually agree with these statements but kid would be a day 1 started at DB. Always seemed like he wanted to be at RU but wasn’t happy when his primary recruiter left very close to signing day. No way we can say don’t need him.
True. Understand RU may be out of scholies right now, but are we sure all the transfers are done? I am expecting 1 or 2 of the WRs to announce they are leaving. No inside info, but rather some getting real and recognizing they will never see the field at Rutgers or Power 5 program, but very well could at a non-Power 5 or FCS school. How does that work?

Temples a little further. Good day on the parkway Rutgers is only an hour. How does that work?

I don't think it does work. We're up against the 25 annual limit. Can't "process" ( a euphemism I hate) your way out of that. But what do I know. How does that work?

HAVE NO CLUE. BUT He'll probably wind up at State Penn or Temple.Sure sounds like he wants to be in N.J. for his soon to be family. Somebody better be working hard to make the scholly numbers work for this. Legit chance to land a starter at VT.
Don’t think he was planning on this at 17. But if your point is just stay home I love it!Don't think RU has any room at the scholarship inn.
Maybe he should have stayed at home if he was planning on starting a family with his girlfriend in New Jersey.

Watts started 12 games as a sophomore for the Hokies. He had 29 tackles (24 solo) with a team-leading seven pass break-ups.
While a number of student-athletes have departed the program in recent months — including quarterback Josh Jackson, wide receiver Eric Kumah and tight end Chris Cunningham — a source familiar with situation said Watts wasn't upset with his place on the depth chart or the coaching staff.
The New Jersey native is expecting his first child with his girlfriend, who is also from the New Jersey area. The couple posted a gender reveal video on social media earlier this year (it was a boy).
Watts was expected to start again at defensive back alongside Caleb Farley in the fall. He repped with the first-team defense throughout spring camp and was with the unit during the team's spring exhibition game.

Besides, as has been stated numerous times, we do not have any scholarships available. None. Zilch. Nada. No way Jose.
They should have listened to Paradise by the Dashboard Light.Don’t think he was planning on this at 17. But if your point is just stay home I love it!
How do you propose doing that if RU is at its scholarship limit?Ru would be nuts not to fit him onto roster somehow.
Make him push the sled until he quitsProcess Gooden out, it’s what ever other school does so we can too, he’s worth making room for
