This is funny. They tied every bottom 10 team to Randy Edsall. Fine work.

"We experienced the flip side of this life, that strange, sad feeling when a longtime familiar face is pushed out of the Bottom 10 Cinematic Universe like Regina George into an oncoming bus. Then, when you realize that the person fired is Randy Edsall, it's not sad. It's just strange. It's no secret that the Bottom 10 and Coach Edsall have had our differences over the years. Like many forced relationships, ours became a bit soured. And we felt guilty about that until we realized that we weren't alone.

But hey, that's what happens when you lose a lot. And it's also what happens when someone stomps around life only slightly less huggable than an industrial-sized spool of barbed wire."

Shameless Bump

You might consider that this is a little like if the Star Ledger ran a humorous column after Kyle Flood got canned. To be accurate with their bottom 10 they should have included networks headquartered in Bristol, Connecticut.

Schadenfreude is nice, but if GS hadn't been hired or even if he was and U Md didn't accept the B1G offer, we could be where UConn is now - they beat us often in the BE, went to the Fiesta Bowl and have been a national basketball power in MBB and WBB and won two NCs in mens soccer and one in FH, etc. We had none of that. So thank you GS, U of MD and the sports G-ds.

Lmao. You were one of the Edsall lovers / Schiano haters in the early 2000’s. You were wrong then and you are wrong now.

I take no joy in U Conns struggles but will never listen to your opinion on this subject. Ever.
