Hobbs needs to Show SCOTT GOODALE THE MONEY

I don't think Goodale is a risk to be going anywhere. If Donny wants to run his own program in the short term, he will need to consider an outside opportunity if presented. While we can offer to raise his salary, there is little we can do about changing his career coaching goals. While I don't expect to see much in the way of immediate recruiting benefits from having two NC in the 2019 class (other than hopefully a transfer in the upper weights), I hope we have sufficient scholarship funding available to bring in a marquee recruit or two to finish off the 2020 class. The program needs to capitalize on the positive publicity and new facility by bringing in a strong 2020 class.

I agree with this. I think we really need to go out and add a huge name for 2020. I know that is what we all want however, I think there is a real opportunity at this point.

Also the only thing is we have had plenty of misses that were highly rated. That is more concerning. I am confident we will continue to get more highly rated recruits. However we simply need a higher rate of success with those recruits.
