Hobbs has to masterfully sell this program to the next HC.

Facilities still years away unless huge donors emerge from decades of hiding.

Recruiting and losing history will remain hurdles on recruiting trail until they win.

Rutgers has to hire a HC that is either a good coach and developer or recruiter who can coach. No perfect solution.

HC has to get the money to hire B1G assistants. St. John's is cleaning up and so is every other program. Without a huge recruiting budget, no wiggle room for traveling overseas and out of state to build the kind of relationships the way you can in your backyard.

So budget has to go up, assistant salaries, facilities, and then land the right HC.

Lets take a page from DJ Foreman and pray.

Some fans are praying for snow this weekend which is more likely than the mens basketball team winning a game.
