Is 2024-2025 men's basketball the biggest bust in Rutgers sports history?

My Rutgers fandom only goes back to 1990 or so but I seriously don't remember a season that had this much hype end up being such a figurative disaster. Two projected NBA lottery picks and we're pretty much one of the worst teams in the B1G.
