It seems to have died down on tv. No one cares as long as the criminals were caught.

For some reason TV news doesn't seem to care that much about it anymore, like it is a common event. I guess on Saturday they will talk about it.

being so close to game day is almost a good thing, at least they'll have something else to cover

Pittsburgh Post Gazette reported the story today from the AP Press with the title "Rutgers football program in turmoil".

Every football program has incidents/problems.

We have two players suspended for 1 game (tomorrow) for their mistakes.

However, both players came to the HC to discuss the incidents and admit their mistakes.

Not an easy time.

HAIL TO PITT!!!!

The Brady story is 100X bigger than this. No one cares, except nj.com and 101.5 with their slandering.

Unlike the Mike Rice story, which broke when every other molecule in the universe was standing still so it was the Big Story, the arrests happened at a busy time in the sports world. College football opened last night, Brady's suspension was overturned, the U.S. Open is in full swing, and labor Day Weekend is upon us.

This, too, shall pass.

I was watching ESPNU right after our women's soccer victory over Princeton last night. They were heading to the Central Michigan - Oklahoma State game. Our program was not mentioned once in the pregame. Yes, it's an important story, but it is not a national firestorm.

This is not a big story folks...happens at alot of programs...also it inolves players which the press always seem to back off on..its institutions they go after

on Boomer and Carton they briefly talked about us this morning when discussing all the preseason coaching controversies. Basically they reported what is allegedly known, but they didnt go in depth about opinion or anything. They were too busy talking about Sarkasian, Tim Bekham, Sean Oakman and company. They mentioned that it's good that this is being thoroughly investigated instead of Flood getting disciplined with little to no info.
