Irony here is both teams are perceived as the bottom dwellers of college football.
UoNM even more so then Rutgers. BUT with Coach Bob Davie in his 5 year, the lobos are going to be good sleeper team, that will be better then the sportscasters will project them. Or even Vegas will show.
The only good news is the throw <18 passes/game. They like to run a lot. this will be our strength position if we can make them pass (hi INT rate) we should prevail.

They run a lot because they completely suck at throwing the ball. Take a look at last years stats. Since Rich Rod took over, the Arizona Desert Swarm defense is a thing of the past. I wouldn't put much stock into them scoring 37pts. on that D in the bowl game. Also New Mexico's D was as bad as ours was last year.

Will have to hit it on the way to Belmar. That's probably the last old time bakery left in the area with the disappearance of Freedmans, which was pretty sketchy in their final few years.

I like Delponte's in Bradley Beach better than the Macaroon shop. And yes Freedman's was a complete disaster the last few years in existence.

Hoping for a cupcake game for RU. Too many unknowns, and I never like to make early season predictions. Everyone thought WSU was a cupcake last year after losing to Portland State. And we should have won that game. Hope the Lobos have jet lag.
