I doubt we knew at the start of the season or it would've been included in our season ticket package as welll. Step off the ledge cabage
TTFP may have known, as they're on a different level, but I doubt we knew until recently.
I don't think they knew at the start of the season, but they have known for several weeks. The Big Ten teams were locked for awhile. Although they claimed it was the top 8 teams, the other teams in the Big Ten all had scheduling conflicts and could not host.
All I am saying is it was bad business. They cancelled an event we bought tickets to, so they could schedule another event. Rather than credit us for the replacement event, they said "your money will count towards next year or is a donation." That just isn't right. Even if that was how they had to run it, they should have had the reps call the season ticket holders to explain the situation, and ask if we wanted to buy tickets for Lehigh. There cannot be more than 450 of us, and I would guess its probably less. No reason they couldn't have called everyone last Monday, and said you have 24 hours to buy your seats or they will be released. Instead they pulled the RU special - they knew they handled it wrong, so they buried their head in the sand - because if they made those calls, they would have heard it from people.
I am not on the ledge. I'm a huge fan, I am just annoyed that they were so stupid about this. I could see a lot of "new" fans who were trying it out this year being annoyed by this. The school will only have themselves to look at when the lower level is full of Lehigh fans on Saturday.
