Yes, Spurs fans have generally been shameless thus far and players as well, as evidenced by that tweet by Romero. There is a wider issue in the quality of officiating, that is today seemingly being acknowledged by every rival other than Tottenham fans.

They did? They dropped 8 points since January. Won their last 6 which included Spurs, ManU, Chelsea. And they drew City in March. To me this is a story about City's excellence not any fault of Arsenal.
Don't get me wrong, it was always about being able to keep up / ahead of City. Just saying that Arsenal wasn't able to do that in the end and were left hoping for a City loss on the last day.

No, if Arsenal had won their last match (they did) and City had tied their last match (or lost), Arsenal would've been champs, as they would've both had 89 points, but Arsenal would've won on goal differential.
