Lets hope Torrens doesn't have a major left knee injury from that dirty slide. I'm betting he'll have a trip to the IL since I know a thing or two about knee injuries from getting your knee whipped from the side. Here's to praying I'm wrong.
That would be the only positive, but if I'm right it still sucks since Torrens has been a pleasant surprise so far.
Sad to say, but I don't think there is a single position player on this list who could help the Mets right now if necessary.
