When ever I see Stanton on my TV, I think of two words, the first word starts with a f...then
ing. And you get. f.....ing Jeter.
In the last 5 seasons, on IL nearly 40% of the time.
I assume that's a bit higher than the average for major leaguers?
I'm hoping it's a career ending injury and insurance will cover the remaining years. As "good" as he has been this year he is a shell of what he used to be.
When the day comes, we're gonna miss those big swings where he misses the ball by 2'.
Yanks have lost 4 of last 5 series. Started tonight with bases loaded. 3 k’s and 0 runs followed. Now down 3-1. Bad, bad, BAD trend going into July.
Why in the name of fuk sakes do you bat Torres who absolutely sux rn in the cleanup slot. Its mind boggling

I'm wondering why he's still in the lineup.
He hurts the team with a bat in his hand, playing second base, and even on the base paths.
What are they waiting for ?

He sucks, but it's not like we're overwhelmed with good options at this point.
Once you get past Judge, Soto, Volpe and Verdugo the bottom half of that lineup is a complete blackhole.
Durbin is currently injured, but the Yanks are supposedly impressed with Vivas.
How could he not be an upgrade over Gleyber ?

Looks like everything has gone to shit at the exact same time.
A player like Vlad Jr goes beyond what side of the plate or payroll is.
I don't care how good he is, after all of his shit talking about us I wouldn't want him anywhere near the Yankees. The fans would NEVER let him live it down.
In addition, he sucks in the playoffs and I would question whether or not he has already reached his peak as a player.
