OT: Cubs/Indians Series Again!?

Seems like every year.

Although I became a Mets fan when I moved to NJ, I'm from Chicago and Cleveland originally, and my heart has been with those teams since the days of Colavito, McDowell, Perry, Power, and Held for the Tribe, and Ernie, Billy, Fergie, and Ron for the Chubbers.

A can't lose series for me. I can't even decide whom I want to win.

Born outside Cleveland, and lived (later) in Chicago for 10 years while growing up.

Where in Ohio are you from? I've lived in Akron, Zanesville, Columbus, and Cincinnati.

With the Indians I go back to the days of Frank Duffy and Joe Charboneau. Actually my mother is a huge Indians fan going back to the '40s. Back in the 70s we took a vacation one year centered around a couple Indians games at Municipal Stadium ( I think they played the Orioles). Also went to Sea World (no longer there) the NFL HOF and Cedar Point. Not a bad vacation actually.

For me it's easy, I have no skin in the game but going for the Cubs.. It's been a lot longer for them.

live in Amherst, 30 minutes west of cleveland, but born in Edison
