For those who do not know, Tom Herman was in talks with both LSU and Texas and was trying to get them into a bidding war for him. He is still in talks with Texas.

Well we know he has an unlimited budget and kids love playing for him. If he takes CEO role he could do quite well.Read one rumor that Orgeron is going to go after Kiffin as his OC. Normally I'd say that's crazy but Orgeron and him did work together at USC/Tenn. He'll probably have a freer hand at LSU than under Saban at Alabama. So if he isn't able to land a HC job, I wouldn't put it past Kiffin to leave one SEC west team for another. With Aranda/Kiffin as his coordinators, I think Orgeron would have a good shot to do well there provided that actually comes to fruition.
IF he takes the CEO role? That's the only role he could take, he's not an x/o guy. That to me is the problem if he doesn't have a good staff below him.
