Looking at all of NJ, my grade would be a B+, while looking at CNJ my grade would be a D - of course my grading is based on an A being getting at least half of the forecast area within forecast ranges (about 0.1-0.5" generally), knowing that doing better than that in this type of setup is nearly impossible. It's all about setting realistic expectations. If this had been a snow event and 1-5" of snow was forecast statewide (the equivalent of 0.1-0.5" of rain, roughly), my grade would have been a D for NJ and an F for CNJ - vs. realistic expectations.
Was anything severe.. tired of them hyping tornadoes wind hail and torrential rain
