Going to be in Easton, PA all day on Saturday for my daughter's softball tournament, and we have about 3 hours to kill around lunchtime in between our first two games. Would appreciate recommendations for a decent restaurant where we can grab lunch during the down time.

As mentioned above - Stokes Coal Fired Pizza and other items. It is in the center of town on the circle (known locally as the Center Square)

A nice bar and they also have outdoor seating which you may enjoy with the right weather.

Best place in Easton - WAWA
Some say One of the best restaurants in the region is located there. Have never been but it’s supposed to be amazing. Although Not exactly what somebody is looking for during a softball tournament.

As mentioned, Stoke and Sette Luna. Pizza is really good at both places. Diner 248 a few miles away from downtown gives a lot of options and is decent if towing softball players with you.

Isn't Wasn't that across the river in P'burg?

Right at the entrance on the Free bridge to Easton. Maybe the best all nude go go bar I've ever been to , complete with a $5 all you can eat buffet, lol. Actually it was BYOB as well, which saved us a lot of money, just pay the cheap cover, and bring in your cooler !
We would go after P'burg football games and wrestling matches. The bouncers were very professional, they'd toss us out for 'improper tipping to the dancers', and we'd be back in about 15 minutes later, after a $5 tip ! lol
Showcase Lounge in New Brunswick was good too, in the 1980s, but it wasn't all nude. But all the visiting basketball coaches made it a stop on their trip to Rutgers, lo
Franks Chicken House? Not bad, as well.

The Easton public market is a good spot with plenty of options for food. Porters is your can’t miss spot.
