"income is not directly shown on a balance sheet, but net income is used to calculate retained earnings, which are shown on the balance sheet"It’s not balance sheet. Its net income.
But cool.

They’re already holding bitcoin…They need to wait for Trump Media to start accumulating BTC before they pump up the price with Gov’t purchases. I’m starting to think the DJT presidency is nothing more than a generational wealth transfer crypto opportunity for the Trump Family. Billionaires on their way to becoming trillionaires right in plain sight.
Added some more MSFT and I think I actually timed the bottom. If you 10X my bid one could even say I created positive momentum…in fact many people are saying it.Glad I held on to it and I think it will continue to rise. Brought some UPS and MSFT today, will continue to add if they fall more.
You can think those things will never materialize or be successful in the market. That's fine. If they don't eventually work out the stock will be $50. However, to compare TSLA to other car companies is simply moronic.Ok, where is the AI, robotaxi, and robots? It’s all smoke and mirrors. Stock is up 80% in the last 3 months. It’s now a crypto play. All other stuff is just BS.
That looks like the play to us, but most people in the US won’t realize it. I assume all of us on this thread own at least some crypto? They need to wait for Trump Media to start accumulating BTC before they pump up the price with Gov’t purchases. Have no idea what you are talking about. Tesla Q4 net income dropped 71% from a year earlier to 2.32 billion. The insignificant 600mm accounts for 26% of the net income in Q4. Operating margin of 6.2% is probably like 4% because there is no cost associated with mark to market."income is not directly shown on a balance sheet, but net income is used to calculate retained earnings, which are shown on the balance sheet"

Correlation without causation for sure, but the Netflix chart correlates well with increased anti-depressant usage and lower labor participation. Are you profiting off of your neighbor’s decline?May be…probably…however I’m buying NFLX and evaluating IBM right now in the event of a pullback. My issue is I’m not willing to commit enough money to BTC and at the same time forego stocks on my buy list.
Up to 28% according to this. It’s somewhere between 15 and 30% imo. That looks like the play to us, but most people in the US won’t realize it. I assume all of us on this thread own at least some crypto?
For the US population the only figure I can find is 17% of US population trade crypto. Most have no idea what is going on.
Of all the offenders NFLX is the least objectionable. Phones in everyone’s hands - thank you Meta, Apple, Samsung, Telcos, etc. for depression and laziness.Correlation without causation for sure, but the Netflix chart correlates well with increased anti-depressant usage and lower labor participation. FYI - just saw on LinkedIn that Dan Ives is on TCAF tomorrow! Hell Yeah.TEAM up big. I own it. One that I stuck with, and added to after a big down qtr over the summer.
Adding to a nice out performance day.
I wish I could get my arms around these software stocks. The whole space almost reminds me of biotech. Boom…bust…boom…bust…can’t figure out what’s happening quarter to quarter unless you either set-it and forget it or have an insider feeding you sales numbers.TEAM up big. I own it. Sadly, I don't have V, but I do have AXP and up over 100%.Visa continues to roll. One of the best long term charts in the known universe. Should be in everyone’s portfolio.
I’ve mentioned them before here. V and MA are favorites of mine. Perfect “financials” for me. No credit risk and just transaction processing. People will use them all the time regardless of economy.Visa continues to roll. One of the best long term charts in the known universe. Should be in everyone’s portfolio.
Go start a tech media thread.
The best thing is they keep expanding partnerships with groups like X and Amazon Prime. Plus they quietly get exposure to the crypto markets.I’ve mentioned them before here. Antitrust issues come up from time to time but it hasn’t been much of an issue to date.
I heard that the screens on iPhones and all touch screens collect and harvest the DNA of all the users. Is this true? You must have taken a bad hit - you should have paid attention.
Cant separate tech bubbles from current bubble markets (does your car turn off at red lights ?)
Next up will be Apple when people realize the iPhone 16 is a personal data harvesting device on steroids
The phones will record, save and classify calls by topic - "all for caller."
No it will be for the harvester.
Bad hit? Look at the charts of these stocks. That was a blip. You must have taken a bad hit - you should have paid attention.

Ah. Thought that was yesterday’s news.Announced 25% tariffs on Canada and Mexico start tomorrow.
China getting a smaller tariff than our neighbors? I question that decision. And 10% on China
It appears as if he hasChina getting a smaller tariff than our neighbors? I question that decision.
did he tariff Can/Mex oil?
Hmmm:Massive layoff in $FNMA. Is privatization coming?
Maybe he can wait until 4:01pm for the next announcement? It appears as if he has
Canada sends a lot of oil to US refineries and after it is refined the oil is shipped overseas. I wonder if that oil gets an import and export tax since it comes in and goes out?China getting a smaller tariff than our neighbors? I question that decision.

Sounds like once Canada gives Trump what he wants regarding border security, the tariffs will go bye-bye. Likely the same goes with Mexico.
