Not good

North Carolina 76 UCLA 74
Auburn 87 Purdue 69
Utah 40 Iowa 36 half

Surprising

Ohio State 35 Kentucky 25 2:38 1st

As Expected

Maryland 87 Syracuse 60
Michigan State 86 Fla Atlantic 69
Penn State 75 Drexel 64
Indiana 74 Tenn Chatanooga 65
Minnesota 74 FDU 60
Northwestern 84 De Paul 64

Give credit to Ohio State....Kentucky definitely laid an egg in front of an almost entire blue crowd at msg but the Buckeyes are going to win by double digits and pick up a key high level Quad 1 win. This team was thrashed by Maryland and looked to be going the wrong way and also were waxed by Auburn but handled RU easily and now pick up their 2nd Q2 win. I didnt think this was a ncaa team and not entirely convinced they are BUT they are going to go into the new year with a top 30 net and a 10-10 record in the Big 10 might be all they need as opposed to RU needing 12-8

i just told you...they bounced back...but they now have a win over Kentucky...to me that is bouncing back. So while losing in spectacular fashion to maryland and auburn, their other losses are A&M and Pittsburgh. All 4 tourney teams. their net is going to be in the top 30 which is going to be 60 spots higher than rutgers if you are trying to make a comparison. You claimed ru would beat them on a neutral court..ru couldnt be kennesaw or princeton or ohio state

and I said, still not convinced they are ncaa team but if they get to 10-10 in the big 10 that should do it given the ooc wins over Kentucky and Texas

Sometimes I think you have to look at the entire game and not just look that a team lost. Ohio State got obliterated and embarrassed by
Maryland and Auburn down 30-40 in each game. Rutgers has lost by2 to Kennesaw , by 1 to Princeton , by 5 to Alabama and by 4 to Texas A&M and the Ohio state loss. No blowouts even when we didn’t play well. You are throwing in the towel for our Scarlet Knights but propping up Ohio State when they have been not competitive much more so than Rutgers. Yes that is a huge win over Kentucky . We have problems to fix defensively and rebounding that should be fixable but suprised your throwing up the white flag like some of the other drama queens on here. We need to be better , we need to win these close games , we need to improve. But today was not the day to put a fork in us.

Indiana went down to the wire with Chattanooga though the final score doesn't make that obvious.

What changed,? Bac is a knee jerk guy who blows with the wind.

Unfortunately, not as interesting when Rutgers won't even sniff the Tournament, and it's not even Christmas. What a letdown.

Because today if selections were made Ohio State is in the ncaa tourney and Rutgers is in the cbi
As they say" with friends like you who needs enemies " -- this applies to fans as well and you fit the build.

Geez, if one takes any stock in three quarter's of the stuff you post ,one might as well stop following not just Rutgers basketball but the BIG as well .Talk about a constant Debbie downer. You love seeing/predicting train wrecks .

As if you're only commenting about Washington. All through your posts you're alwsys disparaging either Ru or anything associated with Ru including the BIG, the food at its games, the music ,shyt even how sidewalks are plowed. Anyways have a nice holiday.

Nebraska knocks off Oregon State 78-66 to go 3-0 in Hawaii and win the Diamond Head Classic picking up a key Q2 neutral site OOC win

He wore prescription goggles, a new addition for his senior year. A head injury during AAU ball prompted him to get his eyesight checked, and he decided it was time for an aid.

“My eyesight isn’t great,” he said. “I can see better with the goggles.”

F Gavin Griffiths, Rutgers

6-8, 195-pounds | July 2004

The Skinny: Gavin Griffiths is the best natural shooter in the freshman class; this has been well documented on our site throughout his process. The 6-foot-8 wing has a deadly stroke, whether shooting off movement, the bounce, or off the catch. He is comfortable in dribble pull-up situations and confident enough to take them from 30 feet on the break. Griffiths suffered a freak eye injury at the end of Griffiths junior season that left him in goggles. He came back for his senior season to average 24 points and four assists as a senior and earning NEPSAC Class B Player of the Year honors. Griffiths’ dad, Larry Griffiths, scored over 1,100 career points during his four years at Hartford.

Merry Christmas, even to the losers and haters
