Does pike lets his players know how he sets accountability? He should let everyone know up front what is expected and what he will do toward the expected. Don’t leave them guessing.

Your post is absolutely mind boggling. Why would you even ask this question? Do you really think Pike keeps his players guessing? Do you really think Pike is hiding from his players what he wants from them? Do you think our Assistant Coaches don’t talk to the players?

Every good coach on every level COMMUNICATES with their team as a whole, and individually with each player. All of the time. This is coaching 101.

How do you know he does?

Do you think players and former player alum alum from different programs don't talk to one another as well as talk to recruits and even their former AAU coaches? If a coach is inept or not straight with players, has lost the team or not able to establish a strong culture, this would likely be discussed in those cirlcles. I can only assume Pike would not have been able to bring in this upcoming recruiting class if he was inept in terms of leadership & accountability.

Defense keeps teams in games but offense wins games.Rutgers scoring 56 points was simply too much to overcome.There miust be roster changes next season to complement the incoming freshmen,There has been little evidence of player development.

The player development is a lot better than its been in the past. It was pathetic for over 3 decades. Good teams are efficient on both offense and defense.
