Notes
- This tournament was Simpson's coming out party, and he'll hopefully continue to grow from here. Big minutes on a big stage.
- Spencer and Mulcahy both seemed to find their groove again.
- McConnell with 73 of 80 possible minutes on the court. Didn't score a lot, but impacted the game in a lot of ways. Tough that his 5th foul today would have tied him for Eddie Jordan's steal record.
- Palmquist with gritty dirty-work minutes that really impressed me, even though his shot wasn't falling. Definitely playing with a sense of urgency.
- Woolf with great minutes in relief of Omoruyi
- Where'd Hyatt go? Not sure if there's something going on we're not aware of, but he has fallen way down the depth chart after leaving the starting lineup
- Hopefully we can rest/recover over the next few days and come into our next game healthy. Ideally, we can avoid Dayton and have until Thu/Fri before having to play again
