Gus Johnson terrible with his yelling
He'd be on the C or D team on any other network.
Glad I'll be at the game and not have to listen to him yell at me.
Compared to Beth Mowins, Gus Johnson sounds like John Madden.
But not Troy Aikman. Thought he was pretty good that day.I have hated Joe Buck ever since he called the Giants Superbowl win in 2008. He was beyond biased and when the Giants finally won, a eulogy at a funeral would have been more exciting than how Joe Buck announced that they were Superbowl champs.
Aikmen has always been good. He has quite the affinity for all the NFC East teams. Moose Johnson on the other hand, while good, you can just tell he has a little biased towards the Cowgirls when he calls one of their games. Michael Irvin just sucks. I like Simms as well. but I'm a Giant's fan so I could careless if he shows bias.:)But not Troy Aikman. Thought he was pretty good that day.
Agree. His high pitched yelling is like fingernails on a chalk board to me. Ugh.Gus Johnson terrible with his yelling

Compared to Beth Mowins, an air raid siren is a soothing sound.Compared to Beth Mowins, Gus Johnson sounds like John Madden.
Joe Buck seems like a cool dude as long as he isn't announcing, specifically golf but throw in baseball and football too.I used to dislike Joe Buck, but he has grown on me. He gave a really good interview on Stern earlier this year. He did this play by play, which was hilarious.
#PurpleReign Really?[laughing] Now Dawg, I thought #theHunt was bad, but that I'm sorry to say is the corniest slogan I've ever seen.
He's great on BrockmireJoe Buck seems like a cool dude as long as he isn't announcing, specifically golf but throw in baseball and football too.
Speaking of shoving stuff down people's throats... Gus Johnson is horrible.
Remember when Klatt and Brando did our 2014 opening game against Washington St. in Seattle, FS1 telecast. Thought that while Brando was very good, Klatt was great. Klatt really did his homework for that opening night and knew the Rutgers team better in comparison than any ESPN knuckleheads who have worked Rutgers games. It was an enjoyable broadcast and a fun evening.

I completely agree, He sounds like Matt Millen calling a psu game. It's totally unprofessional. A little's OK, but they both go way over the top in their favoritism. If Simms is biased for the Giants, I don't think it is very noticeable. As a Giants and Rangers fan, I've always hated Sam Rosen calling Giants games on Fox because he's too much of a homer. I think it's fine to be a homer on a local telecast, but not a national broadcast.

On the flipside I hate how Bob Pappa does the exact opposite on the radio.I completely agree, He sounds like Matt Millen calling a psu game. It's totally unprofessional. A little's OK, but they both go way over the top in their favoritism.

He is no Jim Gordon.
Sometimes I feel like I'm listening to the other team's feed. You think pappa is too negative? I like objectivity even if it's a local broadcast.
I miss dick lynch on them

Watch out!
He's got get away from the cops speed!
Over the middllllLLLLEEEE
You guys don't like any of those? Lol
I watched a Pinstripe Bowl from the Audi Club like that.I don't care who the announcers are. I turn the volume down to get just a little of the crowd noise but no intelligible levels from the announcers. Some times I turn the volume completely off. I watch the game and it's almost like being there without the yack yacking.
Gus Johnson is awesome IMO
