There Are Many Options for Head Choice - Here is another one

Goodale has done a great job. He has reached his peak. If want are ok finishing at the NCAAs ranked 15 to 25, let's stay with Goodale. Only once have we finished in the top 10. If we want to achieve our potential of being a consistent top 10 team, there are a lot of good alternatives. They include: Hahn, Grey, Popolizio, Casey Cuninngham, Kolat, Bryan Synder, and even Mark Perry. These coaches have successfully recruited in New Jersey, have connections in the north east, and would elevate our program. Will take come to RU? We won't know until we offer them.

WHere do you think Goodale ranks among current head coaches?
IMO someplace around #10.

I agree, it would be nice to obtain another AA for the staff, but does RIvera fill that role when he is ready?

about 20, but only if he is the coach of Rutgers, otherwise his ranking would be lower. He would not survive or be viable anywhere else except in NJ. RU can and should do better.
TY for honest opinion. We may differ, but that is the beauty in Message boards. I never wrestled (just loved watching son wrestle) and only started following RU since Goodale came here.
