UW moves up to #8-SIAP

I guess AP pollsters thought a win over RU warranted a move up.

Wisky breaks in at #10, Texas at 11. Oklahoma should have been dropped lower than 14; I would put Iowa over them; the Hawkeyes only moved up one place.
Can't believe Florida's lackluster win over UMass has them just out of the top 25 with the most others receiving votes.

Yeah, don't think it had anything to do with a "win over Rutgers," so much as "destroying Rutgers" while a few top 10 teams fell off. They would have moved up with a bye week.
