Website errors, not loading properly or at all?

I get a blank white screen or garbled page with all of the menu items like schools listed all down the page & icons everywhere. And I have to keep pressing refresh a ton of times to just get the garbled page. Note 4 using Chrome & stock Android browser. Anyone else?
