I thought this last year when a lot of people were down on him. He can coach, he can recruit, and he's from Jersey. He should be in your top three when the time comes.
I'm not sold on him. This is only his 2nd year at HC and he hasn't done anything yet. He could have a good year there and I'd still not be sold on him. They're doing a good job competing against Mizzou but it's 1 game. I'm someone who isn't even sold on 1-2 seasons let alone 1 game.
I'm speculating a bit, and I never go off of one game, either, but he was a great DC at Notre Dame, and I liked what he did last year. I paid pretty close attention to UCawn last year, and even though they were 2-10, he was given something that needed to be completely rebuilt. Totally. They played people tough last year and just impressed me at times. They will still struggle, but they are playing tough. Diaco is not sure thing, but he could be the next big thing.
And yet, oddly enough you chose to post on a message board thread that talks about watching other games. I guess one of the "better things" is to let the rest of us know you have better things to do with your time?
10-3 and I think this is the 2nd week they've switched qbs. I said week 1 I thought JT would be the guy and frankly so did most pundits but we're all joe nobodies compared to a 3 time national champ coach. He obviously must see something better in Cardale and I do think his arm is better but the excellent mobility was what made me think JT.
