Since NJIT does not have a football team and the merger seems to be on hold,at least for now, I would love to see the Rutgers Athletic Department find a way to have NJIT's 11,000 students feel that Rutgers is their football team. Bus them to the games,great ticket deals with NJIT keepting a portion of the ticket sales. Some of them will turn into football season ticket buyers after graduation.
