We r ranked way too low at #9( how is drexel's class better?). I'd argue we could be ranked as high as #5 just based on individual rankings

How is Drexel's class better? Because in addition to the guys specifically listed in this article, Drexel picked up two additional guys ranked in the top 20 in their weight classes. The other Mininno brother is #16 at 106 and McLaughlin is ranked #13 at 170. They just don't show up here, because they're not in the top 100 overall.
#47,53, 78th ranked recruits+ dante and McLaughlin or #36,39, 75th ranked recruits + Benner
An average of the three guys each team has in the top 100:
Drexel: 59.3. Rutgers: 50.0. Great, Rutgers has the edge.
But, you choose to ignore that Drexel got two additional guys ranked in the top 20 in their weight class, and Rutgers got another guy NOT ranked in his weight class. Drexel with 5 ranked guys. Rutgers with 3 ranked guys. 5>3. You are trying to compare Dante and McLaughlin to Benner.
You can't just ignore data that you don't like.
Both classes are super close. However adding the other Mininno brother, IMHO, really does not add anything to their recruiting rankings. He is ranked as a 106lb Senior. Both brothers still need to put on weight to be D1 sized 125lbers.

Pretty sure Bennerr is ranked In his weight class.. especially after beating the ranked BC kid in state finals... also of the two additional guy ranked Dante is mentioned in the article(him and Bennerr not ranked in overall class)
Really good wrestler just became eligible for us this season

Even as a casual fan of RU wrestling I am thrilled with this. However, if the rumor I heard was true about another wrestler maybe missing the season, it will certainly temper my celebration. Are you at liberty to offer any information in this regard?

#11 on Flo what? That I could find, he's not listed on the Class of 2018 Big Board, nor is he listed in the weight class rankings that were done by Flo in July.
