I'm not saying I'm excited. I'm just saying I think we'll be like 8-12 again.I’m a 30 year long season ticket holder and diehard fan and frankly there is just very little to be excited about for next year IMHO. Pre-NIL Pike had the team on a steady upward trajectory, but since NIL the program is sadly headed in the wrong direction.
You're missing my point. The offense will almost certainly be worse but the defense will almost certainly be better. We don't need to be good or ever mediocre on offense to be mediocre overall, we just need to get back to good defense which is something Pike has a great track record with.really? who is putting up 30 points or 25 points or 20 points...who is the go to guy driving to the hoop when we need it that the defenses have trouble stopping...by gosh its Francis
Okay. Would you like to make an even money bet? You win if we are 4-16 or worse, I win if we are 5-15 or better.More like 5%
While embarrassing our Knights 42-7 I believe it was. In Piscataway. Do you remember that one. I do because I was pissed.Fickell comes to the table with much more than Schiano, yet Schiano has gotten his teams to go bowling. Fickell earned Wisconsin its first losing season in 20 years.
I doI don't see how Schiano is over Fickell

Again I'm not all "ra ra it's a tournament team, we'll be good". I just don't think we'll be last in the league or like 3-17 or whatever.
Would he have the same success at Rutgers or would he be closer to Chris Ash?
