157- MVB beat Friery of Penn St, 4-0. Same kid Benner beat. Not sure if Benner faces MVB next.
Benner faces Eischens (Stanford) next. MVB faces Hartman (Army) next.

Just watched the match he got destroyed. We could really use Sutton at 197 next year. Even if he can only come for 2nd semester.MVB looks really small for 157
Eidt,
Down 10-0 after one...wrestles a solid 2nd
Down 12-2 after 2 (Late reversal)
I think our guys have only won one match at this thing.Benner gets stuck in second (Cradle)

Please Goodale, go all out for him after the season.Tyree Sutton wins 9-7 in Semi's is in the Finals of the Junior College championships
Aguilar hurt
I think it was pretty well established that he intends to follow Bono and go to Wisconsin.WOW.....Where is Seth Gross Rumored to go?
I would think PSU/Ohio State would be a good fits for him (OK. State has Fix)
Does he get his 6th year?
I'm curious about this too...Thanks for the information. I was hoping to see Janzer any word why he couldn’t wrestle?
Guessing he transfers to Wisconsin with his old coach.Big news day:
Seth Gross enters the transfer portal:

MAC and EWL (Rider) conferences to merge:

That would be amazing for Nick. Easy path to the finals. Not happening, unfortunately. This is how I want 133 to be ranked for NCAA
1) Fix
2) Suriano
3) Phillippe
4) Miccic
5) Desanto
6) Finesilver
That would really send a message about defaulting out of the Conference tourneys.
I would think that Miccic will get a 2 seed, but IMO, he took 2 losses at the conference tourney...drop him to 4th.
Whoever gets Desanto in the Qtr's will be at a disadvantage to the amount of effort you have to put in wrestling him.
I completely agree with his take that Finals should be a lone event for B1G's just like NCAA's. They should not be sharing the spotlight with 3rd/4th place bouts. Like he states, understandably the home crowd wasn't even into the finals match of Suriano/Pletcher rather they were watching and cheering for the Lizak/DeSantos match. He's right that's not how you should treat a B1G championship bout and it should be the lone ending event.Good overview on the Tournament in general from Flo, hope it's not hidden behind their paywall, if so , mention it, and I'll delete this:

Rewatched the match and thought the same thing. The ref holds up Nick’a arm in victory and the crowd is roaring but you can see they are all looking at the other mat. That is terrible for the championships of the top wrestling conference in the country. All around bad job by the B1G.I completely agree with his take that Finals should be a lone event for B1G's just like NCAA's. They should not be sharing the spotlight with 3rd/4th place bouts. The Big 12 tournament has the finals as a lone event, on the big stage. Much more viewer friendly.I completely agree with his take that Finals should be a lone event for B1G's just like NCAA's. IS RU close to any other 2020 targets?
Still waiting on the elusive heavyweight.
I would think we need a stud lower weight to replace Suriano (133/141 range).
He is not only legit but he’s a true blue chipper... same lvl recruit as SVN... we need him badlyAJ Ferrari. Bergen Cath / Blair, a legit stud at 184 or 197 in college.
