Eddie Jordan getting fired was a sad day for me.
It was necessary, but it put a blemish on the way many RU MBB fans will be looking at Eddie Jordan now.
Instead of being remembered by every RU MBB fans as Fast Eddie the PG that helped make the 76 Scarlet Knights the greatest team in RU MBB history, Jordan will be remembered, by many RU fans ,as a losing HC that they were glad to see let go.

I will always remember Fast Eddie as a winner and Coach Jordan as someone who stepped up when Rutgers Men's Basketball needed him, but couldn't make RU a winner as their HC.
I take no enjoyment in Eddie being fired, just know it was the right thing to do.
