He’s committing tomorrow. About a month ago I had RU in great shape in talking to a variety of sources following his self guided visit. I’m hearing Tennessee from some folks in Ohio that are looped in and I don’t hear a ton of confidence now coming from the RU side (was opposite a few weeks back). We shall see as an announcement is expected at noon ET tomorrow
