Seton Hall just waiting for Derkack to try and split defenders on a drive so they can pick his pocket and also just waiting for Harper to do the behind the back dribble driving from the left side to pick that off.

Did you see them pick him up with two guys? Every time it happens he has no one to pass to. Coaching matters. Totally clueless
It also helps to run some sort of semblance of an offense so it doesn’t fall on the shoulders of two guys. Go watch UConn run their offense. I don’t think Dylan would run into this sort of problem with a coach who actually has his team prepared.
Because none of our AAU staff tells him otherwise.
Leave it to Rutgers/Pike to play down to the competition. This is abominable.
It’s not a play. It’s horrible spacing.
Dylan is also guilty of accepting the double. They obviously weren’t ready for the double out of the dribble hand off. Can’t bring 2 defenders to the same space. Also Dylan needs to be more aggressive with the ball and be more decisive with his decision making. Pass early or drive early. Many of his turnovers were due to he didn’t know what he wanted to do with the ball.
This is a very winnable game. Value possessions, because there won’t be as many as they’re used to with Hall dictating the pace. Just Don’t turn it over every second, make FTs, and give the RAC a reason to come alive.
Or his team, turn it into a positive with the proper counter move, how about understanding your opponent and anticipating based on the last few games they might try to do this to stop 40% of your offensive production.

He's been bad for a few years now and does really need to go. My fear is we'd hire Knight, our offensive guru.
I agree with you, in spirit, I’m just struggling to comprehend why Dylan can’t self correct for that. By all accounts the guy is a basketball prodigy but seton hall has the keys to stopping him from being effective at all? Surely he must be able to figure this one out
Pike has been extremely disappointing because he has failed to make adjustments. The players also need to take some responsibility because there are some plays where they aren't engaged (if a guy is getting doubled go show for him and move off the ball)...all in all these things fall on the head coach...poor coaching

On the 2nd one, he was standing in probably the worst spot you could. Absolutely ZERO court awareness. No one has told him he's not the star high school player anymore and that he's a role player in college. Pike is incompetent on offense. The players look like they received no coaching on offense.

There’s no one around him who can do anything. This isn’t a B1G team. It’s not difficult to stop the star player when everything around him is dog poop and his coach is mediocre at best on offense
He spends too much time pretending to be playing defense on the baseline and not enough time actually coaching the game.
He relies way too much on the fans and clapping.
