I always love the Sun Bowl...such great tradition and just an incredible view. I make it a point to watch this bowl every year. I wish the Big 10 would get this bowl back.

Georgia takes a quick 7-0 lead on a long run. TCU tries some reverses and the Ga secondary sniffs them both out and lays the wood on the RBs w some hellacious hits.

Nice crowd at the Liberty Bowl. Georgia travels well, no doubt.

Yea, McCaffrey let his teammates down. I'd take UNC. plus their QB , Trubisky is great. My nephew now QBs at Trubisky's HS, Mentor Ohio, and broke some of his records already with another year to play.

I'm partial to the Sun, Liberty, Independence, Las Vegas, Citrus and Motor City/ Quick Lane Bowls- all of then are either in cool settings or are usually exciting...miss some of the old tie-ins too.

Nebraska not going away...if anybody wants to watch the Arizona bowl not on a computer it's on 628-1 on Direct TV.
 
38-24 Tenn up w about 6 minutes left. Not looking good for the Big 10 in this one. Damn.

Agee with this except would take out the Detroit Bowl ( was there 2 years ago and not so great a Bowl experience) and add in the Cotton Bowl. Was actually at the old cotton bowl many years ago.

Stanford still won the game without him. Stanford's starting QB left the game with a knee injury, what if that had been McCaffrey?

The Detroit game though (from its time as the Motor City Bowl) always seemed like they were usually close/ shootouts (liked it when it was MAC champ vs SEC too).

Sure, but what if McCaffrey gets in a car accident this week, should he not get in a car? What if he gets shot in a robbery at the local burger joint? Should he not leave the house? What if he chokes on a piece of steak this week ? Should he not eat meat? What if he wrecks his knee at the combine? Should he not work out?

Life is full of risks. We used to look down at guys who missed practice if we didn't think it was a serious injury Miss a game? No F'n way.

Quick Lane is fine! Indoors! NFL stadium! Windsor. Greek Town. Lot better than Pinstripe.
 
After Nebraska losing to Fla St today , I'm forced to root for Michigan for the good of the Big10 reputation.
 
This game (Orange Bowl) should have, arguably, its BEST atmosphere in decades. The renovations of the stadium, which includes a soccer-esque overhanging roof, has turned newly named Hard Rock Stadium into - finally - an extremely "loud" venue. With these 2 fan bases packing the place I expect one hell of an environment!
 
I'm guessing the Peppers injury will affect Michigan more on Special teams than on defense, although he was a key part of their blitz package and run support..

Let's see hou Harbaugh adjusts. I'm sure they have a lot of talent behind Peppers/
 
7-3, FSU hits Dalvin Cook w a bomb on the Mich 30. Cook is quite the athlete.
 
10-3, Mich just missed on a bomb. Rashon Gary , 3, in on defense, maybe at peppers spot.
 
Air Force with 29 unanswered to go up 35-21 after falling behind early, to Southern Alabama, 21-6.
 
Speight misses a wR in the endzone. FG makes 17-6. announcers saying something might be wrong with him, I think he's just affected by the pressure.
