Fairfield defeated Monmouth tonight in the MAAC Tournament by 19. I think the final was 69-50. It would be nice if they could win 2 more and make the NCAA. Iona defeated Siena tonight by 3.

West Morris Central HS (Long Valley, NJ) player Christian Cevis plays at Fairfield next year.

Caleb Green a buddy of Geo’s from New Hampshire also plays for Jay.

Mt daughter graduated from Fairfield last year so in Jay's first season I went up there for a game. They have struggled under Jay but you have to give him a pass for this year. They will be renovating their on campus gym soon so that will be a plus. Last night's game was his best win at Fairfield for sure.
