What are the chances Caroo gets kicked off the team. Suspended twice in 2 weeks you would think Flood would have to make an example. Otherwise it could be perceived as favoritism and look like he has even less control.

Sorry, but if you are one of the captains -- one of the veteran leaders of the team -- you DO NOT get involved in a fight even if it is your girlfriend, relative, best friend, whatever. If a head coach is on top of his team, that point should be made pretty clear.

Buck stops at the top. It's up to Flood to get them to understand that they represent their team, their university, and their coach. Hold them to a higher standard.

First, for the people who are saying that the buck stops at the top, while implicating Flood, I would point out that "the top" is Barchi and Hermann.
Second, and with respect to First, it seems plausible that leaping into the top tier of the national football scene brings with it some growing pains for which we were / are not well prepared.

At a loss for words. Just an awful period for those of us who care about the program. If this was a serious offense then he should be finished. Whether you choose to hold Flood accountable or alibi for him know that rightly or wrongly he is responsible for what happens on his watch. No longer an isolated instance but looking more like a pattern. He gets no slack from me regarding on the field expectations because of these events. I am pretty sure he is not going to meet my expectations.
On another note of good behavior yesterday, I was walking down from my seats upstairs early in the fourth quarter and saw a guy being escorted out of the Audi Club by three guys who had a tight hold on the guy. Seemed like he had too much to drink but I did not think much of it. I guess that was an indicator of things to come.
