Ash’s comments about Kill got me thinking, could we actually have a ling term succession plan at OC. Will Kill ride out his 3 years here and either retire or find one last HC gig. Can Blazek become the OC in waiting. The guy seems to have IT in terms of motivating, recruiting, development. Partnered with a solid QB coach I could see this working.
Some may not want to here this, but I think RU may be run first for a very long time vs. spread/air raid. A smart young OL coach learning from Kill would make sense to take over down the road.
