I going on my assessment of the season for NCAAs based on talent in weight class. Now I don’t know how BIGS play out. Assuming a healthy NS. I am going for AAs: definitely NS, next Gravinia, Delvecchio and Lewis tied. Percent wise NS 100%, Gravina depends on seeding 80%. Gravinia tough as nails and believes he can best anyone. Lewis depends on wrestle backs 50%. Delvecchio same as Lewis. I just want to see more consistency from Delvecchio. JVP could be the AP when AP did his first time.

Yes. 133 Delvecchio wt class is wide open. He made it to the round of 12 last year. Like I said I like to see more consistency in his wrestling. 165 Lewis has in my mind 3 men who he really has to step up his game. That is Imar Joseph Marinelli. Then like I said in a previous post McFadden Chance Walsh plus the two matches against wick and wanzek were toss ups. Do I believe Lewis beats all them. That’s up to Richie. Can he yes. But he has not shown me that yet. Richie has the talent. I am just going on what I have seen all year. Richie strength is his TD game and Imar dominated wick on his feet. I know styles make matchups. I forgot Massa who is not an easy out.

BTW I based my predictions on strength of the weight class. Just like I think JVB has a very good chance based on how he wrestles with no fear.

That’s my opinion not knocking any wrestlers. If you think my assessment is wrong tell me.

Fair assessment about Delvecchio's weight class but for me, ranking from most likely to least likely

Suriano
Lewis
Gravy Train
Delvecchio
JVB (only if Nolf is out, I really think he will be a R12 guy, at the least)

I also have heavily scarlet-tinted glasses.

Listen, RL lost early OT match to freshman, the bull, who goes on to be undefeated and beats #1 guy in weight class.. RL's other loss? A really close bout with former #1 Joseph... RL Has beaten everyone else in his path...
It's a competitive weight for sure but RL doesn't take any bad losses and aside from IMAR he can beat anyone in this weight class.. yep will not surprise me at all if he avenges his losses..

Yes, Richie's strength is his TD game which is y I'm even more impressed he rid out WIck like that... really smart match by him.

I think Lewis's ranking moves up to about 7 this week, since he beat #7 Wick and last week beat #8 Wanzak (sp?), 2 really good wins in a row. Lewis's style makes for very close matches, however, and it sure makes one nervous, lol. Would like to see him open up offensively more in the first period, but hey, he knows his game better than us fans, and it sure is working. A lot of the same comments can be attributed to Gravina as well, although Nick opens up his offense a lot sooner than Lewis seems to. Both are in very good condition wind wise at this point, although Gravina's shoulder could pop out at any moment it seems. At this point seems like one excellent chance at AA with Suriano, and 2 good chances with Lewis and Gravina. I'd consider Del Vech a longer shot than Lewis and Gravina, even with considering the somewhat less loaded weight class. But , he's still in the conversation , which is a good thing.
How many make the podium at Big 10s? I think it's only 3, which means making the podium at Big 10s almost as hard as making the podium at NCAAs.

Richie was #7 on intermat and #5 on Flo before yesterday's match. You even posted his #7 ranking in yesterday's match thread

Pretty sure the podium is six spots at Big Tens.
