I had completely glossed over the Dom demotion. Was reading/posting from my phone. I want Dom to succeed. Rough year for him.

Accomplishes two things basically. Allows Dom to get some regular at-bats to try to get right and gets another arm to help get through games until Megill is ready to return to the rotation.

we need pitchers. I do think that at least 2 of 3 of the starters out come back strong so prefer BP more than ANYTHING

win some lose some- hasn't really hurt us too much. Pagan may have been the pitcher we could use though.
But even though SD was going to pick up half the cost for Hosner- we are in first by 10 games and we can make moves later.

For production, up till now- looks like it would have been a positive for us but we are in great shape this year and why bog down the next couple?
