OT: On now Science Channel; Covering Route 295 embarrassment engineering catastrophes

Anyone know the series and episode for this one? Or what else they covered in this episode? I really want to understand how they screwed that up. Thx!

I think it was this weeks new one , might be on again tonight at 12-1-2am ???
 
They covered the retaining wall collapsing? Who ended up paying to fix that catastrophe? I can't believe when I drive that way that it doesn't even look like they made any progress.
 
That was hardly a catastrophe. A rains soaked road foundation slumped during construction. Heavens no!!!!!

My favorite episode was when a bunch of Euro dummies put a crane on a barge to lift a bridge(?) in place. LOL. "Hey the barge can move??!! OH SHIIIIIT!!!!"
