OT: Prime Time will crash and burn

Thatā€™s fine. Donā€™t know why Iā€™d lie but ok. All good.
Because you keep putting down Schiano before your praise the victories. You did it multiple times today. You said you were happy with the wins but also said you still think another coach would be better which is laughable.

Canā€™t both be true? One isnā€™t exclusiveā€¦

And once again, the only the reason I said id be happier with another coach is strictly because someone resurrected this thread last nightā€¦so I had to respond. And here we are.

Those are my thoughts, theyā€™re irrelevant, theyā€™re not a big deal (as are anyoneā€™s thoughts here). Go RU

It is exclusive to you. Go back in the threads today and read your posts. One after another has a rip towards Schiano first and foremost until people started calling you out about it.
You still, today, you want another HC other then Schiano.
Don't worry, your aren't the only one but you keep posting a negative about Schiano before you say how happy you are.
It's your own fault for your tired bashing constantly if Schiano. Every knows you want him out!
Maybe it's time for you pick a blue blood team and maybe you will finally be happy.

So at the end of the day you're just a hater... The only reason he wouldn't be their long is if a better job comes calling, it certainly wouldn't be due to job performance.

Fried or Broiled Crow?
I believe I made it clear in the original post that Iā€™m a hater. The guys is an a whole. Heā€™s coaching colllege football for his sons. Wonā€™t be there much longer than them.

lol! Dude get lost

ā€œCoaching for his sonsā€

Yeah every dadā€™s dream. Beats coaching for just a paycheck . Coaching and teaching your kids seems like a good life decision.

Get out of mommaā€™s basement

Lovely commitment video.

Former USC Commit. USC fans salty.

USC saw this might be coming and got a flip from a 4 star qb committed to A&M.

Canā€™t predict the future but things like this put a pin in the talk of him not being in it after his son leaves. Even if he left with the portal itā€™s not as if he canā€™t take some players with him too. Thats what he did from Jackson St and what Cignetti did from JMU.

Somebody may have to dig up posts to the contrary, but I was never fully on or fully off the Prime hype. I actually like his personality, but do not prefer his personality type for a college football coach. He seems to have mellowed out and settled in though, and I hope he stays at the college level. He's overall been good for the game.

I was indifferent about him but curious to see how heā€™d do. I was rooting for them because I like underdog stories. Thought it was going to turn out bad after the Nebraska loss and off the field distractions with the media but theyā€™ve improved over the year.

I still see some of the same issues like last year and some lack of discipline but there has been marginal to good improvement in things that werenā€™t good last year.

lol Trojan times . Is that a 14 year old girl running that account?
If Prime is the latest fad (which I don't agree with- Cignetti is), Lincoln is close to yesterday's news at USC. He's getting paid a lot of money (around $11.5M per hear) for this nonsense:

2023USC8ā€“55ā€“4Tā€“4thW Holiday
USC Trojans (Big Ten Conference) (2024ā€“present)
2024USC5ā€“53ā€“5

Greg is the bargain of the century compared to Lincoln.

Colorado vs BYU in Alamo Bowl Dec 28

He said no players are opting out

Yea he did mention that awhile back that no one is opting out, a little surprised by that.

It's a conference game lol. At least BYU/Colorado didn't play this year in the B12.

American is opting out. Nobody cares about that game.

That was an absolutely incredible heisman ceremony. For my money, best ever. From the speech to the connection to his mother and father and his coach and his team sharing in the spotlight. The messaging was just beautiful. It was everything you love in a true American success story. Iā€™m really happy for him and his family.

The Lil Wayne part was funny.
I appreciate the player left Florida to go to Jackson and then Colorado.
Prime always said TH's best position was WR so I imagine no more DB.
Going both ways will wear a player down eventually.
I wonder if NYGs would take him after taking the LSU player in 24.
Hunter isn't a cold weather fan from what I understand - he likes to fish a lot

Unless he plays CB the Giants have greater needs elsewhere.

Depends on who is coach and GM next year.
Some coaches/execs believe in drafting the best player and not need.
I'm 100% convinced Hunter is better than Nabers - who already seems like he could be a pest.

So in year 2, a Coach Prime recruit wins the Heisman and he has them at 9-3, #23 and in the Alamo Bowl. He just got the #6 overall recruit, the #3 QB to commit.

This team was 1-11 two years ago.

Incredible.
And thatā€™s why I donā€™t see the portal as a bad thing.

You donā€™t get stories like Colorado or IU or ASU etc without it

He might be a better WR than Nabors, but Nabors is better than most of the competition. As you said, up to the GM.

The #1 recruit in the county won the Heisman. Good for him, hardly a feather in Primes cap. Before the Prime groupies come after me, how many of you will give Pikiel credit for 2 top 5 picks?
