It's Thursty Thursday at the Rainiers ballpark. $2 Coors Lights!

It must be tough for him to be learning new positions at this point. He's leading the Rainiers in HR's and 2nd in RBI's but has one of the lowest BA's and is striking out almost 1 out of 4 plate appearances which I figure is not good. Hopefully those stats will improve as he gets more comfortable in the field.

I said a year ago his best chance, with the prospects Seattle has at his main positions, may be elsewhere.

Surprised this hasn't been mentioned yet but Patrick is currently representing the USA at the Pan Am Games in Toronto. He had a home run in today's 6-5 walk-off win over Cuba that boosted the USA to the Gold Medal Game tomorrow against either Puerto Rico or Canada. Just one more Rutgers product doing big things!

Patrick just hit a 2-run homer in the 2nd inning giving the US a 2-0 lead over Canada in the Gold Medal Game!

Great to see another RU guy doing superb in a championship game!

Hopefully they can make another comeback as Canada just pulled ahead. Game's in the sixth.
