Here is my question. If the QB battle between Rettig and Laviano was so close, and we are doing miserably, why wouldn't you make a change just for change sake. I understand you don't want Laviano looking over his shoulder, but I don't think he should get a full season leash. Don't we want to see what Rettig can do?

There really is not any talent on that D. Lots of very good supporting talent, but no gamechanger. If there was someone would be disruptive enough to make a difference. There is no one that fits that bill.

I sincerely doubt HR did anything, per se, to deserve no chance at all...other than having KF as a head coach.
