Rutgers Men's T/F Sends Eleven Scarlet Knights to the NCAA East Preliminary / May 23-25

Eleven Scarlet Knights were selected to represent Rutgers men's track and field at the 2019 NCAA East Regional Preliminary from May 23-25 in Jacksonville, Florida, it was announced today. The team produced eight individual selections, as well as the 4x400m relay team.

Izaiah Brown not participating in outdoor NCAAs for the third time in four years. Disappointing for him as he has the talent to be a top 3 placer in the open 400. I'm assuming it's injuries, does anyone have inside knowledge why we can't ever get him through a season fully healthy?

Rutgers men's track and field opened its weekend at the NCAA East Preliminary. Sophomore Taj Burgess represented the Scarlet Knights in the 400m, while freshman A'Nan Bridgett competed in the long jump.
