I thought you were joking until I looked it up. I'm almost offended they don't sell actual wienerschnitzel. I mean, how can a company with that name not sell that food? It's false advertising.

I got the Brachs brand. The bag was vacuum packed which was a first. I hear you about your doc and how bad sugar is for us, I sometimes counter act it with an aspirin if I feel like my heart and body got a sugar inflammation :-)

Smoked lamb ribs are a beautiful thing, too. Especially with a huckleberry BBQ sauce.

So as not to continue barreling off-topic, a late-night meat smoke would be a great way to keep oneself up until game end.
