Think it was the family that wanted the early commit since his HS brothers have committed to UCLA .
from what I can remember of Hill's recruit, kid was thought to be a good one ( for his age)at the time, but never developed his game enough to be considered a good get and don't think he received any major college offers coming out of high school.
